Health & Safety
Policy.
ISA will ensure
that all work and services are carried
out in line with the requirements of the
Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, all
current and applicable legislation, HSE
guidlelines, and safe working practices
throughout.
ISA shall
ensure that this is achieved by ensuring all
processess are carried out in accordance with a
structured, documented, detailed and
maintained Health & Safety
Manual.
Risk
Assessments for all processess will be carried
out, and regular auditing of the Health &
Safety policies and procedures will be carried out
on an on-going basis to ensure that they
are robust and reflect currect legislation.
This shall be carried
out by competent
personnel.
ISA operates a
continual improvement policy with regard to Health
& Safety and this policy applies at
all levels of the business.
All personnel
within the business shall be adequately trained in
line with this policy.
Environmental
Policy.
ISA recognise that during
thet course if its operations it will have some
affect on the local, regional and global
environment, and as a direct result of this ISA
are commited to improvements in its environmental
performance and the prevention of polution on an
on-going and continual improvement
basis.
ISA shall implement its
environmental policy in a co-ordinated manner
through use of an Environmental Management
System.(E.M.S.)
Wherever and whenever possible ,the company
shall use sustainable energy resources to meet its
needs, and will invest in energy efficiency
products to use and sell.
The
company considers the environmental impacts of all
its products and services at all stages of their
life cycle, from design,to manufacture, customer
use and finally disposal.
The
company recognises its responsibility to re-cycle
and use re-cycled materials wherever
possible, and ensures that all waste is disposed
of through safe and responsible
methods.
We
will work to ensure that our suppliers
recognise and reduce the environmental impact
of their products and services during the course
of our business.
The
company monitors and sets targets and goals
as part of its continual improvement policy, and
evaluates its performance through annual
self-evaluation in line with the latest laws and
regulations.
All
staff at ISA are trained in this policy, and
this policy applies at all levels of the
business.
